ESL Project Cooperation Signing Ceremony
On 31st, March, 2010,China-Canada Outsourcing ESL Project Cooperation Signing Ceremony was held in Qingdao Software Park.
China-Canada Cooperation MOU was signed by Ottawa-Carleton District School Board, Ottawa Catholic District School Board, SVT Education Service Inc. and Qingdao Software Park Development Co., Ltd. The four parties agreed that Qingdao Software Park Development Co., Ltd will be authorized to develop the English as Second Language (ESL) project, which has 10 million CAD budget in total. The first developing contract was signed on the ceremony by SVT Education Service Inc. and Qingdao Software Park Development Co., Ltd.
This cooperation was the successful operation of OutsCloud IT Outsourcing Cloud Computing Support Platform, which will be the milestone of Qingdao Software Park for outsourcing towards North America.
